Let's talk measurement - LBA Dose

Hi guys,

I know we have all probably beaten this one to the days end, but I found with all the conversion sites I visited, this is the information on 1 tablespoon equaling to a gram for those scaling out your LBA's.

Please let me know what you guys think. I searched the latest thread "New LBA Review Thread" and noticed some of you guys are using 80 grams, that's nearly 13 tablespoons per dose (per the formula below), but from what I read they thought it was 5 tablespoons.


1 Tablespoon [US] = 6.210441208125 gram (per the site linked below)

honestly dont think about it. i use LBA's all the time and the way i do it is verry simple. sip the bottle between meals. i dotn measure anythign i dont think about it, just sip it like your sipping a bottle of water. dont sweat the doseages.

all i do is pour in a glass and count to 4-5, i just eye ball it.

I've been taking the NGLBAs, since it is so thick, I just squeeze about a mouthful from the bottle (chocolate--yummm). Simple and uncomplicated...
