Never heard of Wahoo before. Do you get from a farmers market?

I stick with Orange Roughy and Salmon. Chillian Sea Bass is amazing but hs too much fat and costs way too much.

Wahoo is one fo the fast gamefish in the world. We catch them from 50 miles to 120 miles off the east coast of Florida while high speed trolling.

I am in the Florida Gulf Coast but have never caught any of those =(.

I'm on the gulf coast and you have definitely have to go way the heck offshore to get into 'hoos. When i was in Alaska, every night we'd catch a salmon, bash it's head, and throw it in the smoker, mmm mmm good. I don't eat fish much, but fresh YF tuna and wahoo are outstanding, i'd take the Wahoo over the YF if both are fresh

Salmon all the way for me. Lots of Vit D in there.

But I have been curious about orange roughy since many bodybuilders in the elite ranks seem to speak highly of it. Never actually tried it myself.

man when i was stationed in alaska i would do the same thing, nothing but halibut and salmon. Halibut to me is the best by far, fried, baked, it doesnt matter its all good.
