I eat my last meal of the day at around 9 or 10pm usually.

I usually go to bed about 11-12pm

For those of you dieting...How long do you guys stay up after eating your last meal of the night?

..anything to keep hunger at bay for those who do stay up?..my buddy who competes chews tobacco because he says it keeps his mind off of eating when he is competition dieting haha:)

Im not an expert but my thinking would be to always eat your last meal right before you go to sleep (obviousley no carbs). My reasoning would be you want to spread your meals out as much as possible throughout the day.

Say I sleep 8 hours. And eat my last meal 2 hours before bed, I am now going 10 hours without EAA and protein. Isnt this the reason why we eat right when we wake up (fasted morning cardio aside), becuse we do not want to go extended periods of time without the essentials and protein in our system?

And also the reason some get up in the middle of the night and have a shake? Im not one to believe anymore that after 3 hours your body starts eating your muscle and your screwed, I would just assume it would be better to eat it right before sleep..

Just my opionion, but im open to hearing people who disagree and your reasoning...
