Evan Centopani vid.......a good "listen"

I know there is a ton of videos of this guy and he is one of my favorite "up and comers" but I think what he SAYS while narrating this video speaks volumes. I especially love when he talks about Dorian towards the end of the video. This guy is def. gifted but I believe he has a good head on his shoulders when it comes to work ethic and not taking shortcuts.......

Evan is a great guy. What is so funny about this video is that he is telling the truth about how you should approach a diet/training if to be a big guy and he makes it sound like he just dont give a f*ck. But he is a very paranoid guy when it comes to eating out of plastic tupper ware, plastic bottled water and etc..lol...but he is a guy that is inspirational for such as young age.

Thanks for the vid. Fist time seeing it.
