so you guys that buy in bulk do you keep it frozen and then thaw as needed. Is there any special way to do this (dumb question maybe ). Last time I thawed ground beef it came out really tough and chewy moreso than normal...am I doing it wrong????

Yeah laugh all you want, but several grass fed and free range and organic ranchers/farmers are within miles of Boise Their products are readily availble in local markets near our home. It's popular stuff here in the valley.

Wow...prices seem very reasonable. My provider wants to charge me at least a dollar per pound more for the turkey. I need at least a 25 pound bird as I'll have over 30 carnivores over for dinner. How much is the shipping for a 25 pounder? It will be shipped to Chicago...
