Site Inject....

I just read a good post on another site about SEO...in the posts it was mentioned about specific site injections with certain substances to assist in the growth of specific areas...such as if someone wanted to bring up his/her quads...I understand that sites are rotated...I am interested in getting opinions from people that have tried to bring up their quads, Bi's or any other area that was just being stuborn...
I am looking for information only...

My actual question really has nothing to do with any particular substance...I guess that is my fault...
I want to know for what reasons, what benefit...do individuals site inject directly into a particular muscle..ie quads, biceps...
