is anyone in the uk having problems ordering from TP. it keeps saying, (error loading shipping information). I have emailed with the problem, but i am not getting any response.

thanks for your help.....i have not ordered anything, its a problem with the website i think. i was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem or if it was just me.

I agree...they have always been quick to respond to any issues I have ever had and always solved any problems. They are a pleasure to do business with IMO

If you are ordering from the UK, there will sometimes be difficulties with the USPS shipping generator that will prevent you from creating an account. You should be able to register your account using either Scotland, England, or Ireland respectively, and the shipping generator will recognize the address and allow you to create an account while providing accurate shipping costs at the checkout page.
