My buddy Luis just landed in Florida, ready for the Nationals.

Here is a video he did for RX Muscle. I think he told me he was 5 weeks out at this point (eventhough the vid says 2 weeks). One of the most humble people I know, Luis is a good guy.

Luis Santa is a stand up dude and great competitor. I had the privilege to compete against him in the Middleweights at the Muscle Mayhem this year...so humble. He has had a great year! The welterweight division is stacked this year. Alex A, Luis, Shiga, etc... should be a good one! But, I am rooting Alex on this one, so rock the stage coach!

I met Luis at the USA. This guy is the definition of a "great guy." The world could use a few more people like Luis.
