the mecca part 2 ....we will constantly be adding equip from the day we open. flex, atlantis, hammer, nautilus etc...reverse hyper, glute ham raise will be on the menu. we got a lot of changes to make and short time frame to get it all done but we are working on it.

The original metroflex down near the Dallas area was bad ass. I had the opportunity to train with Johnnie Jackson once. Hope this new location is as good as the original.

armageddon-yeah i am for now. be moving to AZ soon. wife is going to pharmacy school in glendale,az, so i had to make a move. this gym is gona be unbelievable! i cant wait!

True harcore spit and sawdust gyms are hard to come by these days.

I live in the UK but would love to make the trip to see the original metro flex.

Surely worth the money to see where Ronnie, Branch and many others train.
