is this the best supplement in the "legal" biz or what? I've seen studies showing that it improves memory, endurance, burst energy, muscle mass, strength, straightens your teeth, cures baldness... maybe not the last two.

My problem has always been muscle strains. The 2 times I've strained a muscle was within 2 weeks of starting creatine. It just makes me too strong. I'm going to have to buy another jug and try again after reading this study.
