phil guest posed in chicago many many years ago.. in his prime.. we went and watched and that was teh first time i ever saw legs like that and about defecated..lol he , the next day worked at at a place that later became a powerhouse gym.. name escapes me now.. he trained very fast and did alot of supersets and tri sets.. he was pretty narrow in the shoulders but just had slabs of muscle everywhere.. veiny to say the least and it was his off season.. i think he became a prison guard..

Philip you need to tell everyone why he was your hero. Phil Hill was a prison guard who snuck you some extra PB & J sandwiches when you were incarcerated.

I remember having posters of "BEEF IT" of that guy from FLEX magazine when i was a teenager....him and Phil Hernon were my favorites...(not trying to kiss ass Phil,but i remember your advertisement back then in the magazines-bulgarian workout system...)-long time ago...lol..
