I was told by my mate who competed at the worlds few years ago now that the boys from the arab regions have got the dieting down to a fine science and they arent that heavy but the conditioning was amazing.

go to eastlabs.biz and to their "fotogaleria" and see the weigh in photos.. he looked amazing at the weighin.. he is not 198 anymore.. gained a bit since last year.. all the middle east brings their a game to the worlds.. el shahat looked great too and was right up there at 52 years old.. these guys bring big mass and awesome conditioning.. tight waists.. ect ect.. my favorite show of the year.. alos worth mentioning that russia brought out the big guys for this too..
