Whats george farah diet.

I remember seing a post about his diet with Carbs , Fat and Protein mixed up.

What is it.
 
I think it's pretty individual based , and those that have been on it paid about 4k to get it so you may not get alot of response about it
 
I'm a farah client, been the best investment I made. 8 weeks out from the Emerald cup here's my diet..

Diet:
M1. 14 egg whites, 1.5 cup oatmeal.

M2. 6 oz. chicken breast, 1 cups white rice (50 grams dry before you cook), 1 cup broccoli.

M3. 6 oz. Cod or haddock fish, 2 cups white rice (100 grams dry before you cook).

M4. 7 oz. chicken, 6 oz. sweet potato, 1 cup broccoli

M5. 7 oz. Cod and haddock fish, 6 oz. sweet potato, salad with balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.

M6. 60 grams hydro whey protein with water only.
Post workout, 60 grams hydro whey protein with water only then 25 minutes later drink 20 oz. Gatorade.

Farah def knows his shit, so many little things he's done that really make the difference, he's always here for me, the diet has changed no doubt, I've been working with him for 9 weeks now had me on over 5k cals when we started and just takes them a little lower every week.. it def various on the person as my friend hired him the same time as me and our shit is wayyyy different..

Here is my weight loss per week

3. All this stuff I read about minimum dose this, minimum dose that.. That's BS, seems like he likes to you multiple compounds at lower doses tho..

4 use DNP and he will terminate your ass :D

5. He believes the diet should do the fat loss not the cardio. "He's not big on lots of cardio basically.. "
 
yea thats pretty typical i use something that like that as well but on off season he just incorporates more portein and more added fats per meals am i correct or does he just raise protein and carbs while keeping fats lower...

I find i grow well with adequate carbs and protein ,, fat just doesnt seem to do much

What was your diet at 5000 cals?

couldnt agree more, dnp is some dangerous stuff, although yes you can use it reletively safe at low doses, and for me, cardio is something i dont do alot, not a big fan of it, but if i do wanna have a tiny cheat meal 1 day ill do some extra cardio to weigh up for it

can you give an example of a low dose multiple compound cycle that he recommends?
 
Does he recomend ECA as a fat burner

Started me on a low dose Clen 20mcg b4 morning cardio. Didnt say anything to me about getting any, but it might depend on the individual. I know some people who just can't handle Clen.

Well at 18 weeks out I was a chub :) he didnt start me on cardio tell 15 weeks out, and it was only 20min. He told me he has never had a client take over 45min cardio a day to get in shape :)
 
can you give an example of a low dose multiple compound cycle that he recommends?

For instance

200mg tren
200mg mast
200mg primo
10mg var

I always read people saying "run primo 400mg a week minimum" things like that etc.

looks very effective and smart to me. I agree cardio is only a supplement to burn fat, with diet being what really gets the job done. And judging by your latest post, he does seem to be about minimum doses. That's a really light stack for someone at your starting weight IMO

Cardio also keeps you healthy and regulates the fuck out of your blood pressure...


Some people say cardio is over-rated, diet does everything. Not true for all. I get much more dramatic results doing cardio but slipping up on diet then I do the other way around, perfect diet and no cardio.

I do agree that 20-40 minutes is all you need though, these guys doing 2 hours a day blows my mind. Unless that's your main goal, but for bodybuilding.

I know bro, I was like wtf too? I'm at 20mg now and I know it's gonna go up. He likes to walk compounds in it seems rather then just going full force

Makes sense, probably a smart approach. The ole grow into the show. Is there test in there too?

I agree and that's why I like doing cardio. I was talking about from a results standpoint though.
