Persistant Cough

Had an issue with acid reflux and kept coughing. Got on the apple cider vinegar (as people suggested) and it was great for a couple weeks an now the cough is back. Apple cider vinegar isnt helping whatsoever now and cough is sometimes strong enough to make me dizzy.

Fyi, been checked for bronchitis, tb, and all other blood work is good.

I typically only get tren cough when I hit an injection and nothing after. But this is getting pretty bad throughout the day.

Any other ideas? Not sure if its an allergy or something else.

had the same problems-a few yrs ago-a few things that worked for me:


plain yogurt-3 table spoons three times/day or whenever you get flareups.

probiotics or acidophyliss.

'ranitidine' acid reducer 150mg tabs (costco).

try to isolate which foods in your diet are contributing to the condition?

im on week 4 of my first tren ace cycle and ive been having a sore throat/cough since day 3...
never got tren cough after injecting even though i hit blood vessels a couple of times, but my throat is permanently sore (even though its hot as hell outside and i never get a sore throat during summer).
also got some acid reflux aswell.

Looking into that now. I've always had poor calve circulation an use a foam roller eod on them to increase flow.

What would you recommend in the meantime till I can get scheduled for a scan?

Are you using any thing for Blood Pressure like an ace inhibitor ?

If you can FIRST rule out a serious medical condition I would take OTC Tagament AND Prilosec. Prilosec can take a few days to kick in.

I was clearing my throat all the time and coughing. Turned out to be post-nasal drip. I thought that was kinda weird so I looked it up and found out it can be caused by high estrogen. A few days on arimidex cleared the whole issue up.
