Its been a long road but I've almost completed my journey with my Invisalign braces. I have to say that I'm quite happy. I never dreamed my teeth could be this straight and look so nice. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Anyone considering doing it I would say go for it. It's worked great for me. I got a great dentist who knows I'm a little OCD so he made sure I was leaving with a Hollywood smile

That's awesome. One of the guys that works for me just got set up with it and is pretty excited. I was one of the lucky guys that had straight teeth naturally, but I would have jumped all over it if I didn't.

I had poor dental care as a child. Not my parents fault though my father had alot of people whom he supported so money was tight. He did what he could. Alot of it is genetics just like everything else. The Invisalign treatment takes alot of dedication too. Changing trays every two weeks which is typically painful from the pressure. You have to really brush more frequently and throughly too which is a good habit to get in anyway.

My wife is using that, it really works and her teeth are 95% straight right now. I think I paid $4k. My step daughter needs the same thing done, but price has gone up, its in the neighboorhood of $6k now I believe..

Its considered cosmetic I think. I had to pay out of pocket for it..But I dont have dental insurance either. So I never thought to ask.

had braces as a kid but refused to wear retainer when they came off....
teeth shifter back within a few months. total waste of my time n parents money.
Can't imagine how pissed id be if i shelled out 6k for my kids teeth n they dropped the ball like i did...
can't afford them now if they don't accept insurance

Congrats Bro, a smile is a person’s most prominent facial feature. It is an important part of a first impression and often remembered long after you have left the room.

I myself had Braces as a kid and my parents ended up hitting hard times and I never obtained a retainer so my teeth ended up shifting back. I had Invisalign then I had a full Dental Makeover with 3M Lava Crowns, best decision I ever made. Daily people comment on how beautiful my teeth are. Total Investment= $46,000, but worth every Dollar.

I have pretty good union insurance but they wouldnt cover this because I'm over 18yrs old its considered cosmetic and elective. It was around $4k total not including all the dental work I needed leading up to the Invisalign. I probably have $10-12k in my teeth but they look better then I ever expected.
