ok this is the best steak i have ever had so good i cant keep it to my self i must share
youll need the following
2 portablla mushrooms
2 huge t-bones or a cut of your choice
parmasan chesse
sun dried tomatoe paste
olive oil
take the mushroom and if theres a steam remove the fucker and pour a lil live oil in there take a scoop of that pesto and layer it on the mushroom
next take the grated chesse and pile that shit up over the pesto oh yeah preheat the bbq and put them on the grill for about ten minutes before you start the steaks on a low med heat cook the steaks how you like them and wait till the mushroom is soft and the chesse is melted and golden around the edges take that shroom place it on top of the steak and give her i got this recipe in a back yard about 2 months ago and i do it up 2 to 3 times a week the best fucking steakk i ever had
