BEST COOKIES EVER

[Big B]

To me those are the best cookies I have ever tasted in my life...so I thought I should share and spread the love

1 finger of unsalted butter, make sure its soft

2 eggs

½ cup brown sugar

Almost 1 cup sugar…don’t ask me what almost 1 cup means…LOL I took it as less than 1 and a bit more than ¾ ...exactly what my wife told me

Mix it till it becomes homogenous then add:

2 ½ cup of flower

Tea spoon vanilla

Tea spoon sodium bicarbonate

3 pinches of salt

Mix then add 1 cup of the nuts in the attached picture...LOL sorry dont know their name…and Hershey chocolate chip bag, I like to use the whole milk chocolate.

Bake in an oven at 180°C-350°F for 10 minutes.

Hmmm, I love anything nuts - chocolate and nuts especially. Or some chewy bars.

Might give it a go and make it for kids. Of course, daddy would get to sample too. Too bad my wife is allergic to nuts...

Trust me guys, the cookies that big B's wife makes are the reason i put on 2 inches on my waist... best cookies i've ever had!!

ok... maybe it was the cookies + krispy kreme + baskin robbins that put those inches on

Give it a try...unless you are the kind who doesnt like nuts with their chocholate.

I got the guys at the office addicted to that stuff...every week they crawl to my office looking for those goodies
