this is something i made up on my own, just fooling around ini the kitchen.
george foreman plain chicken breasts.
do not season them.
once they are cooked, put them in a bowl and run cold water over the chicken(cut it up inito little one inch squares first) untill the chicken is cold all the way through. pour out the water, then take two scoops of "syntrax matrix" brand protiern, in the orange creamcicle flavor, and pour it over the top of the cold chicken. slowlys stir the chicken and protein powder untill you coat all the chicken pieces, then throw in a few sprinkles of splenda.
its orange chicken dessert!!
