1 jar of Power Butter
4-5 cups of chocolate whey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 pack of stevia
1/2 cup some liqued egg whites

Mix in a bowl with a mixer, roll up into 1 inch balls, optional; roll in some crushed nuts or all natuarl coconut shreds

Low carb
High Fiber
High Protein
 
Man, that sounds like another good one. I think ill try it out.

One more thing, do you cook them?

bump for cooking....this weekend, I am trying this!!

Yeah, id like to try them.. But i need to know if they need to be cooked.. Since there are liquid egg whites, if they arnt cooked, the uneaten balls would need to be refrigerated. HELP LOL!

I refrigerate mine. I like them cold.
 
I add raw oatmeal to mine, and honey to taste - and drop the egg and vanilla

1 jar PB
4-5 scoops choc protein powder
4 handfulls oatmeal
honey/spelnda to taste

i just mash it into a cake pan and cut out squares for snacks/energy boost

I ended up putting a lot of whey in mine because I kept adding it in until i got a good consistency to roll them up without being to mushy. If your adding oats you can probably use less.
