So these are pretty much the best tasting pancakes in the world LOL.
No joke, try them out and you'll see
1 cup Oat Flour*
1 scoop Whey (I prefer chocolate)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil, mct oil, pretty much any kind of decent cooking oil
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1/2 cup of milk
1 medium banana
Place oat flour, whey, and baking powder in mixing bowl.
Melt honey in microwave, then add to bowl.
Add Oil, egg, and milk to bowl and stir until mixed.
Mush banana up, add to bowl, and mix banana into mixture.
Scoop out desired amount of mixture into an oiled frying pan to make whatever size pancakes you like!
Try them out!
**Oat flour can be bought, or made at home by blending uncooked oatmeal up in a blender.
