My grilled chicken recipe

I normally use the thin sliced breast but regular breast will do also.
season breast with salt and pepper. set aside.
in a bowl, mix some extra light olive oil or any oil of your choice.
add some nakano chinese vinegar (italian season kind)
also add some dried italian seasoning to the mix
dredge chicken breast through oil mixture coating well.
throw it on the grill, occasionally adding left-over oil mixture to the breast.
that's it!
serve with some steamed broccoli and brown rice.

Im recently on this kick with jerk seasoning. Get some good jerk seasoning paste, mix it up with some orange/mango juice, marinate and grill, brush on while flipping. Gives a sweet tropic taste with a great kick.

that sounds real good. I love jerk chicken, been to jamaica about 4 times and it's all I eat when I'm there. I'll have to give it a try. thanks
 
thats exactly where my jerk rub is from, jamaica!! The longer you let it marinade in the mango or whatever juice, the sweeter/hotter it gets.
