After your PWO shake.. Try these with your next meal..
4 to 6 Medium Sized Potatoes.. I like to use Yukon Golds..
1 stick fat free cream cheese.. I like Philadelphia Brand..
2-4 TBSP chives.. I usually add more.. I like the flavor..
couple ounces of milk.. just to get the right consistency..
salt and pepper to taste..
Cut potatoes into smallest cubes possible.. That way they cook faster.. Boil 20 minutes or so till potatoes are really soft.. Drain water from potatoes.. Add Potatoes and cream cheese to mixing bowl. Blend with a blender using milk sparingly until nice and smooth.. Add rest of ingredients and mix with a large spoon..
