anybody give me a list of the best foods to bulk with??

personal favorites......and id like to hear your thoughts on low medium or high glycemic choices for carbs.......this is a little confusing for me.....stuff like orange juice is apparently low gi.......even lower than whole wheat bread....which is kinda odd.....but i thought since it was sugar...you should avoid it.....any help with the list or this question would be greatly appreciated
 
peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread. I might eat 1 on top of each 5-6 meals that day. Only natural peanut butter,sugar free jelly on whole wheat. Also, I eat more lean red meat during off season. I still try avoiding sugars though
 
Nothing wrong with sugar in fruit.....fruit juice contains WAY more fructose though. I avoid fruit juices.

and best foods to bulk with? I don't even know what a bulking or cutting cycle is now. Haha, I stay lean year round, but I guess I'm going to say Chicken Stir Fry!
 
Always thought full fat milk and eggs in large ammount were best bulkers!
 
Eggs are a perfectly fine cutting tool also...
 
Just use your regular quality foods but increase the portions on the carbs(brown-rice,slow-cooking oatmeal,sweet-potatos..).
 
Peanut Butter 2TBLS=180cals 6carbs 7protien 18Fats. Nuff said.

You need to hire an experience pro to get you the best results. A good investment. Plenty to choose from this site.

Typically you want low GI carbs throughout the day and hi GI carbs during/after workout.. But your individual metabolism plays an important role.. Ectomorphs/Hard Gainers are advised to eat more hi GI carbs because they usually digest faster and you are hungrier sooner.. So you eat more calories.. Endomorphs/Easy Gainers are the opposite.. Alot of variables come into play here.. Hard to give you a definative answer..

I personally fall more in the Ecto/Mesomorph category.. I tend to eat Hi/Medium GI carbs in the morning for my first meal.. Then low/med GI carbs for the rest of the day on non workout days.. Med/Hi GI carbs for the rest of the day on workout days.. During/After my workout i eat HI GI carbs...

My favorite bulking carb is candied yams.. (Yams with marshmellows,brown sugar splenda, cinnamon, and a touch of coconut oil)
