FYI

I use this Thing to death. It is quick. fast to clean up. I burn one up each year.

I have a busy time frame to do things in a day. This is a nice cooker. I grill fish,beef,pork veggies. You name it. Awesome for a High Protein/low carb diet.

BTW I am not a salesman. LOL.

I just like to share info on what makes life easy for me.


My favorite recipe is

Homegrown longhorn ground beef lean like buffalo.
Grilled in a reg burger patty (little johnny's season).
Two portobello mushrooms grilled for the bun and a slice of provolone cheese
With a dab of olive oil mayo. and grilled white onions.

Do not forget the glass of red wine. Good for the heart.

Ho well do those shroom buns hold up? Sounds like theyd be soggy ang tear easily. Sounds delish though.
 
It would be perfect if they would have designed the drip tray to hang on other than just sit there.
I’m on about my 3rd of 4th little on.
I have the large one as well as the red one with the removable cooking surfaces.
But , I have forgotten to put , other people have bumped, gremlins have messed with that damn drip pan.
I’m sure you may have possibly have done the same thing.
What a mess!

Awesome, Rub olive oil on both sides and drizzle a little on bottom side and cook bottom side up on the grill. Get the grill hot and place it on. If you hold it down a little, it cooks hard and crisp, just a little. Never had problem with soggy, Just eating to fast...
