I came home from work yesterday and my wife had this waiting for me!

How nice is this? It was the best piece of salmon that I've ever had, she just sprinkled it with a little bit of lemon and a dash of salt, check it out.

I almost felt like eating it as sashimi, but I didn't.

This was the best meal that I had in a long time! It has to be put in the oven and broiled and it's done in about 10 mins. The center should be slightly raw.

I just had another one for lunch! I prefer the sake sashimi myself, but cooked, especially in the oven is great! I highly recommend it.

I love salmon. I almost eat eat daily. I cook my salmon in 100% OJ and sprinkled with Mrs Dash. I bake it. Comes out soft,tender and yummy.

Design, that looks terrific. I buy the Salmon Packages at Costco and eat it every Sunday or Monday. A few minutes on the grill and good to go. Its been a while since I've missed having salmon a couple times a week.

Every once in a while I will finish with a teriyaki/honey glaze. Very little, just enough to crust slightly and flavor.

I order fish once a week for my kitchen at work and always have 2-3 big pieces of salmon.

Well this piece was actually bigger, but I cut it. Last week, I had another whole side, but it wasn't as good, not as thick. Today on the other hand, my wife brought me another few pieces and they are right on par with this one!
