sugar free yogurt

I can't find any sugar free yogourt at my local grocey store..anyone know somewhere online I can purchase some?

Iron, you are not likely to be able to order yogurt online at a price you want to pay because of the need for refrigeration.

Look in the organic section of your grocery, or look for "Greek Style" yogurt that have more protein and less carbs in general.

They should have plain, non-flavored yogurt. You can just add your own fruit and sweeten to taste.

I find the commercial stuff to be way too sweet for me.\

And the Greek style is fabulous! It's also a great sour cream substitute.
