Help me Brainstorm
so what I want to do is used sliced up chicken with onions green peppers (and any other low cal veggies) put it all into a crock pot with Mexican type seasonings and make a really thick like stew to put on top of my brown rice and brocolli and mix it all together.
Has to be low fat and carb. what spices should I use? Do I need a liquid to add to the crock pot? any ideas welcome. |
