There are machines that allow you to make your own bread with whatever you want...oats, nuts, whole flour... I know a guy who use his own home made bread for carb loads

How many slices come in a loaf and how do they deliver it? Does it need to be refrigerated? Sounds great and may have try this during the offseason!
