90% lean ground beef

Should this be used on a cutting diet?

1. if you make say 4 oz patties and then drain them on a foremn grill?

Or just stick to Chicken, Egg Whitem, Tuna, Protein Powder

Ground beef is fine if you cook it chopped up, then rinse it under water.. That will get the majority of the fat off.. As a patty though its tough to rinse..

I like to take mine and do as above (still use 95/5 tho) and grind it up into smaller pieces as it cooks. This will allow the fat to be pulled from the meat and you can then put it in a strainer and run water over it and remove a substantial % of the fat. I then put it in a container and put some seasoning salt on top and shake the shit out of it...mmmmmm

What about the Foreman Grill?

For 90% beef and 93% ground turkey i see alot of juice and fat run from the meat into the tray.

This is not enough fat being drained?

well there is certainly a reduced surface area in which to remove fat from when comparing the foreman to the above listed method....
