Here's a easy recipe for some High Protein Meatballs :

3lbs. - ground white meat Turkey
2 - Whole eggs
3 - Tbs. Olive Oil
2 - Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 Pk. - Mccormicks Chipotle Grill Mates

Onion / Garlic Powder (not salt) to taste

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Let set for 1/2 hr. in Refridgerator for flavors to mix.

Roll into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on baking/cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 mins. (the Olive Oil will help keep them moist).

You can add any seasoning you want, but the Chipotle gives them a nice "smokey" flavor, keeping them from having that bland turkey taste.

Enjoy

Sounds good... Nice and easy to make as well. Gonna giveer a go sometime.

THanks for posting.

think i will give this a try,thanks.

No problem...
Yeah, they are quick, easy, and full of protein, and like most of us I'm sure, spare time is rare. This also works as a Meatloaf if you prefer it that way.

I have some other quick high protein recipes I can post as well.
