delicious "desert" omelet

I love eggs. there are literally millions of things you can do with eggs. the other day i had the idea of putting banana in my eggs for a little desert. it came out delicious, had a bit of a french toast taste.

the ingredients are

1 banana
4 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract(not required, but helps the taste a bit)
cinnamon "splenda"

i start by slicing the banana into thin round slices and cooking them in the lightly buttered pan until they are golden brown on each side. while im doing this i whisk the eggs and put the tsp of vanilla extract into them. once the bananas are browned i pour the eggs into the pan and cook the omelet pancake style. i flip it once, let sit for about 30 more seconds and get ready to serve. once finished i sprinkle a bit of the cinnamon splenda on it, which i make with 4tsps cinnamon to 1/4 cup of splenda. if you can fit this into your diet, its absolutely delicious
