Now i don't normally have mayonnaise due to the fat content usually not being good ( saturated i believe ), but i came across the below in a discount store and as far as i could tell it isnt to bad at all. It appears the fat content in this case is from rapeseed oil and as such high in omega 3 and i believe 6 and 9, so it could be ok to add to the odd meal to add a bit of flavour.
