3/4 - 1 Cup Oats
Cup - Liquid Egg Whites
1 raw egg
Cup - Skim Milk
2 Scoops Cytogainer ( Or whatever whey you would like to use)
3 tbsp smart balance peanut butter
Cinnamon
half banana (optional)
couple cubes of ice to make it cold

Chug and enjoy :p
 
it was something like 80/90/35 .... pro/carb/fats

i think about 1200 calories!! great for first meal of the day if you are bulking!!
 
Sounds great except Id like to NOT chug and ENJOY all that goodness:D

Its a little too high in macros for me.

I prefer a 50 grams PRo to 50 grams of carbs for myself. Not sure I would be a raw egg in it either
 
Sounds like that would hit the spot after my next big squat or deadlift day.
 
That's too much protein at once. Your body can only abd=sorb so much at a time. I'd lose a scoop of protein and only use 1/4 cup of eggwhites.
