No Carb Cookies and Brownies!

Mix 2 scoops of chocolate whey
2 tbsp or desired amount of natty PB
a little water
stir it up until its like brownie batter

then either for cookies or brownies
bake at 350
they cook quick so check every 5 mins

i add chocolate LBAs on top mmmmm

also the batter it self
make it
put it in the fridge for a few hours and its a great dessert!

dieting is so much easier with this!

use just enough to make it like the consistancy of brownie batter
add a little water and stir it and keep adding little amounts of water until you get that thick pudding consistancy

I'm a try that even though there are some carbs in it. I used to mix oatmeal chocolate PP equal and microwaved and then but in the fridge to cool. Very good. But now I'm on a protein/fat diet so I'll try this thanks for post.

liquid beef aminos bro

they have glycerol and some good amino acids in them.

that does have carbs in it if you put the LBA on them.

these are good. I do them all the time. I just like eating the batter and not even bake it
