I have been so excited about some new progress. I have been lifting for a year and a half. i am 54 years old I am doing one body part each visit. I am using growth principles for beginners.
I am experiencing no pain or soreness the next day. Do i HAVE to take a day off or can i just keep going day after day. I am lifting to fail with this program so i know im exhausting muscles but i am just not sore the next day. maybe it h HGH and BCAA helping in recovery?
Ideas?
