Im getting older and I did my first test cycle when I was 33. It was 500mg of test a week for 12 weeks. It was great I weighed 175 and got up to 185 or so at the end of 12 weeks. After a few months I went down to 178 or so. So, I have done 3 more test only cycles since then. My last one I was 38. Well now I'm 44 and want to do another test run. I weigh 200lbs. I,m fatter and want to lean out. I'm not as active as I use to be. I'm 5'9" and do some training my diet is good but could be better. Would another test only run be a good idea or should I add another compound? No pills, and Im prone to hair loss. I need some ideas please help me.

Keep the test where it is at. Run some GH with it. Start eating and training better too. If you are not going to be consistent with training and DIET, then don't bother taking anything.

Thank you for the reply and advice. I am going to stick with it long term, i am at the age where I need to start taking better care of myself. I don't want to wither up and get weak, I also don't want to injure myself either medicating myself. Thank's again.
 
Great advice from Pesty. If GH is to pricey or not available to you peptides might be another option. I would really focus on diet and training before considering other compounds although it is completely up to you. Good Luck!!

^^^^^ This right here....if you say your "diet is good but could be better" probably means it kinda sucks.....get that in check FIRST...all these drugs work best the leaner you are.... but like Giants said its up to you!..
 
Thanks for the reply and advice. I'm doing more research on the GH, potencies, and quality of brands and batches.
 
Everything is ancillary to your diet. First and foremost, make sure diet is in check.
 
AAS is the way to everything.....Not really. The supplements are there to supplement you programs AKA diet, training, etc. If you diet and training is not where it needs to be then dont waste your money.

A LOT can be achieved through a balance diet and progressive training.
 
My diet is ok. Meaning I dont eat junk. My ground beef has to be grass fed, chicken need's to be free, fish has to be wild or day fresh. And veggies organic.
What I ment by "could be better" is I only eat morning and evening. I took an "office" job so to speak and Im not as active as when I had my daytime, outside contracting job. I was skinny could not keep fat on me. So, I bulked up doing a few cycles. Now, I want to slim down and get active again. i would like to start a HRT reg. then blast. Slow at first, but not too slow. I'm in my mid 40's and I can feel it creeping in already.
