Im getting older and I did my first test cycle when I was 33. It was 500mg of test a week for 12 weeks. It was great I weighed 175 and got up to 185 or so at the end of 12 weeks. After a few months I went down to 178 or so. So, I have done 3 more test only cycles since then. My last one I was 38. Well now I'm 44 and want to do another test run. I weigh 200lbs. I,m fatter and want to lean out. I'm not as active as I use to be. I'm 5'9" and do some training my diet is good but could be better. Would another test only run be a good idea or should I add another compound? No pills, and Im prone to hair loss. I need some ideas please help me.
