wat r some really good exercises that really bring out the wing look on your back? ive been tryin to isolate that area with little effect. any good exercises to really bring out those wings?
 
You are talking about the lats.

You have to learn to isolate them first.

Do lat pulldowns on the machine. Arch yoru back and stick your chest forward. Squeezing your shoulder blades together, so you are pulling with your back, not with your arms, bring the bar to your chest and hold it for 1 second.
Slowly release and extend so much that you can feel the stretch in your lats when your arms are straight over your head.

Master this technique, and then you can move to other back exercise and construct a proper routine.
 
pullups palms out wide grip.pullups palms out shoulder width.pullups palms in wide grip.pullups palms in shoulder width.lay on your back and put your arms straight above your head(with weights,bumbell,barbell whatever)and bring the weight up level with your chest then do a crunch when you are there. good luck with the lats.:D
