shaking while working out..

Lately I have been running out of steam bout 15 minutes into my work out.. and when i try to go heavy my right leg starts shaking on its own.. Does this happen to ne of u guys??

I m not on ne fat burners or nething like that nad I eat a pretty good postworkout meal. fill with oats whey and honey.

I think you might need to drink more water while you train and maybe eat an apple or something right before you start.
 
Not enough info. Could be anything from electrolyte imbalance to fibromyalgia and just about anything in between. Have you had your blood sugar tested? Thyroid? Psychological? What's your RBC count? Do you have a runny nose or a cough?

If it were me, I'd just go see the doc and get a few tests.
