At 38 yo 5'10 210lbs.I want to cut to around 180-190.My diet is ave at best,I dont eat suger or sweats layoff breads and eat a lot of chicken,steak and protein shakes.I work 4 days on three days off 12 hour days,with 3 kids.I walk 30 min.in the morning at 3.5 on treadmill and 30 min at night every night.I workout monday arms,tuesday back,wednesday off,thursday traps/shoulders,friday chest,weekend off.I have this ready to take and just want some thoughts.400mg EQ weekly 10 weeks,winstrol depot 50mg eod last 8 weeks all I have,50mg Anavar M,T,TH,F.I was told var acts quickly and I just want it for strenght when working out.Told the EQ is great for soild gains that you keep but does increase hunger.Then winstrol is just great for cutting.Can add Tren but was told it has lots of side with some folks.
 
Can you outline your previous cycle history also. And maybe be a little more specific about your diet for us?
 
Thats it my diet is just cutting out the junk food .Mornings eggs or oatmeal three hours later a shake about 30 gram protein about 2 pm steak or chicken around 5pm steak or chicken work outs around 7pm then a shake after about 8:30 or so I walk around 10 shower and in bed around 11.No I do not work legs much Im on my feet 10 plus hours a day at work and really there pretty good from work lot of pulling and pushing with my legs,plus the walk.
 
You will not like my response but OH well..............you have no business thinking of using aas!. You have not got the concept of training nor do you have the philosophy that goes with it. When I asked you to be more specific about diet I was asking for numbers, breakdowns of macro nutirents etc.

You think that using aas is the easy route to gains??? Not for you it isn't. not for any of us for that matter. I suggest you go and do some research and change your way of thinking about what you want and how you are preparred to get it. But drugs are not the easy way out. You will open up a whole new set of rules when you start to use. From your post and response AAS are not for you. You have a lot to learn, stick around and do some reading!!:mad:

I am kinda in the same boat as you. I would skip the gear....for now. If it were me I would Increase the intensity on the cardio bump that 3.5 up to 5.0-6.0 get sweaty man! then really concentrate on diet! good complex carbs/protein with each mealand you'll drop weight like a candle burning wax! working for me!
