Is it ok to heat water based suspension (aquatest to be exact) in the microwave?

Ive never tried it in t he microwave I usually boil a cup of water in a mug then place the test in the mug for a minute or two , still tends to clog if you dont shoot it fast tho

I don't even heat my food in the microwave. I'd say use hot water.

an easy way is to keep a small george forman around. leave it open and just let the bottom of the bottle sit on the plate for a min or two. if the vial gets too hot to hold, your suspension is def too hot.

i've done microwave, but the top can spark, and you do not have precise control over temp. it is much shorter than you think... even as little as 5- 7 seconds.

I think the cup of hot water is a better idea...

I would not recommend the microwave...

Why bother heating it at all? It will not help with absorption and heating the suspension will not make the T any more soluble. The only thing you can really do is shake the living bejeesus out of it and just grin and bear it.
