stomach cramps from naps?

I took 1st pill ever lol:p and beside the general euphoria there is a mild stomach cramp and heart burn. Is this usual with the naps?

try taking the naps with some food and maybe a full glass of water bro. That should help. Maybe some maalox for the heartburn?
