I really am wanting to run myself into the ground and put on as much mass as possible.

My stats are 6'2'', 180#, and 6 months lifting experience.

I'm putting together a training program and was wanting a bit of feedback on this draft. It's split into two sets of compound exercises, A and B.

Day 1:

AM 3X12 A
PM 5x5 B

Day 2:
AM 3X12 B
PM 5x5 A

A= Back and Chest (Pullups, Flat Bench, Bent-Over Barbell Rows, Military Press, Deadlifts)

B= Legs and Biceps(Back Squat, "Cheater" Barbell Curls, Front Squat, Chin-ups, Hack Squat)

That'd be hitting the muscles before DOMS sets in, so even though it's working the muscles every day, they're close together. It also does both neural and hypertrophy-type training.

What are your thoughts? What would you recommend as the most efficient training program for both strength and size?

That's too much work in too little time especially at your experience level. My suggestion would be to do workout A on one day and workout B on another day.

Workout A 3x12
workout B 5x5
rest
Workout A 5x5
rest
Workout B 3x12
rest

Something like that. And if you are looking to put on size then you had better have your nutrition in order.
