I just started my first cycle and question I have is about sauna usage.. I have always kept a tight rountine.. 15 minutes sauna before I workout with weights, the 20 minutes after weights, before cardio, then 30 minutes after cardio.. have always don't this cause it keeps my metabolism stoked and keeps my water in check, so I dontt look puffy.. question is with the use of test, will it be to much to contiue at this pace.. I am sort of I guess addicted to it I guess... all imput is very much needed..
 
yeah I have always worked in manufacturing, its normally over 100 degreea in there.. so it takes a lot for me to sweat real good.. especially when I don't eat a lot of salt... so my first round in sauna i hardly sweat.. my second and 33d time I pour sweat... I do it even on non workout days.. I sometimes get to the poinmt to where I have too sit in pool just to get heart rate too slow down... so that's why I worry with te cycle I am on...
 
steam room?

If you have access to a steam room I tend to get the same results with much more of sweat in a fraction of the time as a sauna(post workout of course).

But as far as overexposure to the Sauna, as long as you're properly hydrated, your BP is in tact and your blood sugars are where they're supposed to be, there shouldn't be anything to worry about even with frequent use.
