hey guys i have a question about Eq, i was told that due to the increase of RBC its recommended to donate blood.. because your body can make a another new pint of blood. keep in mind i havent been able to find any research at all. the person that has told me this, has been helping me since i started BB four years ago.. i take his word very seriously because he always has proven me to be right and always shows me documentation to back up his word.. i didnt really ask him why but now that i thnik about it, im going to ask him and get more detail y..

all AAS increase RBC count. EQ is not alone in this. monitore your blood pressure and have blood work done. I believe for this particular item your looking for the hemocrit level. (perhaps someone else can correct me if I'm wrong.) but these should be monitored for any AAS not just EQ.

Exactly right. Hematocrit or hemoglobin measurement. A hematocrit higher than about 49 is considered high normal. Blood centers wont take your blood without a doctors prescription if its higher than 54.

i wouldnt worry about the increase in rbc unless ur bp gets out of control. i did donate while on eq but it was just for a blood drive. my blood was thick as hell but my bp never went up at all and on the day of donation was 116/62. RBC=killer vascularity too

If your hematocrit gets too high you run the risk of getting blood clots, which can easily kill you. This is no joke, I am not exagerating. Everyone toying with these drugs needs to know what their hematocrit is on a regular basis. If you donate blood they will let you know if its abnormally high. If its 54 or more they wont take it.
