Hey everyone,
Wanted to let you'll know that Regional Sports League is running all type of team sports from kickball, flag football, softball, basketball, co-ed sports, etc...
We run leagues in several towns but we also do a lot of 1 day Tourneys everywhere.
I workout Mon-Fri. and one thing that helps me stay motivated in my workouts is knowing all the hard work I'm putting in is being used on the field or court with friends and co-workers!!
