What is the typical price range for a pay by cash HRT clinic in the States?

Depends on where u live, there is one i know that charges 200 per month, and the one i go to only charges u when u refil, so do some calculations based on what u can afford, i can spend as much or as little as required depending on what i need for a refil, that way is cheaper for me as a 200 per month comes out to be around 2400 per year where as i can spend 800-1200 and be covered, but that is also assuming i get my ai and hcg from elsewhere as its cheaper that way

Most places are 800-2500/year if you go cash.


Personally:

Initial cash visit. You get labs prior to the visit.

$400 to establish care, plan, etc.

Follow ups are $100-200 depending on complexity(time) and are required 1 month after first visit, then every 3 months.

I deal with some trt/hrt, but I do a significant amount of "general" medicine on these patients too...

Thats actually not bad at all! Where r u located? And can insurance be used on anything? Or basically send in forms for a reimbursement?

I would be interested in knowing where you are located as well or if you would consider a one time in person meeting and then doing business remotely as your prices are much cheaper than what I am currently paying but I want a professional to monitor my lab work so I am willing to pay for that comfort.

My ND does a lot more than follow up questions and injection service as well -he does a significant amount of 'general' health care too.

Follow up visit $195 (I pay $13)
Test cyp $25 (I pay $0.60)
Injection administration fee $ $50 (I pay $5)

I pay under $19 w/ my insurance, more when I refill AI Rx and get BW of course.

I will go 'self-administer' IM test cyp soon but my levels aren't rock solid. My serum T is over max and hematocrit has me donating blood at every opportunity. He reduced me from 100mg to 80mg a week.
