Primary Doc wants to refer me to a endo blood test results

Hello to everyone. I'm 29 and have done 3 cycles in my life in my early 20s. Haven't touched anything in 6 years. Recently had blood work done and Lh was 3.6 mIU/ml which was normal total test was 247 ng/dl and free test was 8.4 pg/ml both of which are low. My primary doc referred me to a endo to keep my fertility because i have a 15 month old and plan on having another kid or two with my wife. Would this be considered primary or secondary hypogonadism? Also what do you guys believe would be the protocol that the endo would use test or hcg or clomid? Also my primary doc does hrt but was unwilling to help me why? Thanks

First try clomid see what is response and using it for some weeks leave it and get blood test done to see if test stays in normal range. If it stays it means you have recovered. Don't use test only it will cause ur balls to shrink and sperm count will become low.what was the reference range for free test. Tell me I have doubt on my Free test.

If your total test increases on clomid or Hcg then you are secondary.

Yes. Just do a long PCT. Couple months. Then get checked again.

I'm going through something similar. Juiced in the past. Tested low for test last year. Did a PCT with clomid and HCG. Felt much better. That was months ago. Getting tested again this month.

Last test showed about 200 or so. I'm hoping for over 500 this time.

New blood results after dr prescribed me clomid for a month. Total test 662. Free test 11.5 normal but still low and Lh way high at 27. Have another doctor appt in a couple weeks will these levels stay or will I need to keep taking the clomid? Any other suggestions or comments? Thanks
