Can someone please explain the effects/dangers or lack there of when it comes to meals and gh injections....
there are no dangers with gh and meals its with insulin you have to consume food within 10 minutes of injecting
I don't believe that's true..I know your not supposed to consume carbs 30 min prior or after shooting your hgh.. I'm sure someone else can chime in why..
Umm, everywhere Ive read do not eat a hour before or after. HGH causes you to be insulin insensitive, so if you need to burn sugars your body will need to produce even more insulin, which in the long run, can cause diabetes.
"HGH eventually will cause some degree of hyperinsulinemia, leading to downregulation of IR (insulin receptors) and thus ending up with some insulin resistance."
Insulin spikes will stop the liver from converting gh to igf. Since insulin increase after eating, it is best to avoid taking hgh within 60 minutes immediately after a meal.
Igf levels do increase as a result of the insulin, but this natural increase in igf prevents the conversion of the exogenous gh to igf. At least that is my understanding of the biochemistry.Im pretty sure insulin increases igf conversion not hinders it, this is why igf levels increase more with eating more carbs. I certainly never wait an hour after injecting gh and it works absolutely fine.

Have you tried taking gh on an empty stomach? I noticed much better results after waiting than not waiting. You might want to try it and decide for yourself.
I used too, then stoped to see the difference and there wasn't any i could tell. Im not arguing with you on the biochemistry side of things as id have to do some serious googleing first . I just try different things and see how it goes.
You had better results empty stomach so i guess it depends in individual. I take a night time shot 2 hours after eating and dont eat after. If i add a morning shot with my food there's s big noticeable difference so it's definitely working. I've been doing 4 iu spit am, pre bed for a while now

I guess everyone responds differently. Have you tried the morning shot about an hour before eating? I am not saying that it wouldn't work if you ate immediately after, just that in my (albeit limited) experience, the effects are even greater if you don't.
Anyway, in response to your original question, I don't believe there is anything dangerous about taking gh with food.
