Anyone hard time eating after morning weights?

Depending on work schedule, ill sometimes have to hit the weights in the morning. I do 1 scoop isolate (25g protein) in with my pre workout so its close to fasted, and train around 8am. Now when it comes to my post workout meal, I can hardly get any of it down. You would think id be starving but nope. Im damn near gagging on jasmine rice and eggs or chicken and rice or whatever I'm doing that day. Doesn't matter. I just can't eat. But then rest of my meals are fine but that 1 after weights is a bitch. Not taking any orals and have no other appetite issues. Anyone else have this issue?
 
do u drink coffee or take stims in the am?
 
I switched my workouts to morning and have a similar issue so I grabbed some of the B12 from Synthtek after hear positive things about it, Im about a week in and there seems to be a slight improvement but nothing monster.
 
I don't drink coffee but I do take 12mg Yohimbine HCL and a pre workout which does have some caffeine in it.

It is most likely your pre workout mix (especially the yohimbine). Perhaps you are pushing yourself too much during training. Well you can never push yourself too much I just mean do you feel sick after training? Do you take anything pre bed?

I would argue that's probably a waste. Yohimbine is not the stuff you want in a pre workout. But the real issue is its super effective taken on an empty stomach before cardio...preferably fasted AM cardio. That's when the magic happens...for fat loss.

Other than fasted cardio, early morning sucks for me with regards to training. No appetite, no strength, poor attitude. Could be mental , but I never really had great early morning workouts. If I am forced to train early because of work, I will usually hit a small body part.
 
I have a hard time controlling my hunger after lifting in the morning!! I eat the whole kitchen
 
I have to be at the gym within an hour of waking in order to get a workout in before work. I used to struggle with lack of appetite as well. Not so much anymore. I cut the preworkout and also drink a lot more water when I wake up and during my training. If I'm dehydrated I feel like shit. No appetite, no motivation. When you take your post workout shake eat an apple or banana with it. See if that helps. I do that also and I'm usually starving for a meal within an hour.
 
I train after breakfast. Appetite is immense after training. That's weird, are you training hard enough?
 
I have this issue too. It's especially bad with stims though. Just can't choke anything down for a good hour or two after. I just focus on aminos and go on my way.
