Depending on work schedule, ill sometimes have to hit the weights in the morning. I do 1 scoop isolate (25g protein) in with my pre workout so its close to fasted, and train around 8am. Now when it comes to my post workout meal, I can hardly get any of it down. You would think id be starving but nope. Im damn near gagging on jasmine rice and eggs or chicken and rice or whatever I'm doing that day. Doesn't matter. I just can't eat. But then rest of my meals are fine but that 1 after weights is a bitch. Not taking any orals and have no other appetite issues. Anyone else have this issue?
