guess it all works better than not using it, one thing i'd do is go the first month 7 on to get IGF levels elevated then move to the cost savings schedule
I have done the 5 on 2 off several times in the past and didn't see any difference than doing it every day .i am using it every day now because I can afford to but honestly can't tell any difference than when I used it mon-fri and took weekends off .

If I did 5 on 2 off, I could actually do 5.5 IUs a day instead of 4 IUs a day. Would it be more beneficial taking 5.5 per day 5 days a week for 7 weeks or taking 4 IUs a day 5 days a week for 10 weeks?

Is the idea of doing 7 days for a certain time aND then switching to 5 on 2 off that your igf levels rise and the gh will stabilize them in a 5 on 2 off protocol? If so, how long would a 7day/week protocol take to elevate igf high enough?

I've read Run for five months or seven months and then switch to the 5/2 protocol, but I also read over the long run running five days on two days off was just as effective as running for seven days per week. I wonder if using peptides would make a difference.
For example I'm running:
Mod/hex 200/200 the 2 IUs HGH 10 mins later
Mod/hex 200/200 pre
4pm 2 IUs HGH
7pm mod/hex 160/160
Prebed mod/Ipam 300/1000 and mk677 12.5mg
I just started this last night but I wonder if I could jump right to the 5/2 protocol with also the fact I've been on peptides for 12 weeks.
